We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team.

Technical support engineer will work closely with our clients’ customer operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing advanced technical support. A strong command of English is essential to effectively communicate with global teams and customers.

Responsibilities:

•Assist with the helpdesk and ticketing system and perform analysis and guidance in equipment installation.

• Understand clients’ needs and translate this into a suitable technical solution.

• Support the clients in getting the most out of their platform usage.

• Assist the onboarding team with deploying assets into the platform.

• Propose creative solutions to improve or automate internal tools and processes, discuss the development roadmap, and implement solutions.

• Take a client and business-oriented approach while focusing on optimal communication, processes, and project management.

Requirements:

•Strong analytical skills to analyze data flows through FTP, API or SQL Data collectors, UI dashboards, etc.

• Strong communication skills, proactive, and have a customer-oriented mindset to guarantee a good customer success story.

• Experience in SaaS products and are not afraid to dig into them.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Able to work independently, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized

• Bright, fast learner, independent.

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
