Our client’s request was to build an appointment scheduling platform that would help their business operations run smoothly. The platform would allow their customers to make appointments for different services in real time and get notifications and updates.
Solution
We built a dashboard and web application with the purpose of making appointment scheduling and management easier. It contains staff information, services, categories, customers, appointments.
An employee can see his/her working hours per day, breaks per day, times off when on vacation, services that he/she provides, and schedule of appointments. The biggest feature of this project is the availability calculation in real time, helping the business avoid overlaps.
Outcome
The platform is easy to use and contains all the information needed for clients to make appointments in just a second. On the other hand, employees have access to internal data such as working hours, availability, hours off, awaiting appointments. This appointment scheduling solution helped the business run smoothly and achieve high customer satisfaction.
