Three tracks run in parallel: a beginner track for people new to Web3, an advanced track for developers who want to build on it, and a business track for people who need to understand what the technology changes rather than how to code it. Technical and non-technical learners are both welcome.

Each track is a series of modules you take online at your own pace, with live sessions and mentoring alongside them. You can follow a full track from start to finish, or take only the modules that matter to the work you do.

We train local trainers so the programme keeps running once the project ends. Trainers from universities, training centres and companies in Kosovo go through the material themselves, then deliver it to their own students and teams with our support.

An online academy that carries the full BlockJump curriculum and is open to learners in Kosovo and beyond. What you complete is recorded and certificates are issued on chain, so an employer can verify them without having to contact us.

Two proofs of concept built by the partners to show what decentralised technology does in practice rather than in theory. They give local organisations a working reference to start from instead of a blank page.

Open challenges and hackathons where teams in Kosovo work on real problems put forward by organisations here. The strongest ideas get support to move from a prototype into something people can actually use.

Public institutions and private companies bring a case from their own operations, and together we assess whether decentralised technology genuinely solves it. The cases that qualify are built into a proof of concept with the partners.

One of the goals of the programme is to open internships with the partner companies, where graduates work on real products next to senior engineers. Finishing a course and holding a job are not the same thing, and this is the step we want to build in between.

The programme connects universities, companies and public institutions in Kosovo so that what is taught, what is built and what is needed stop drifting apart. Each side brings something the other two cannot produce on their own.

Part of the project budget goes directly to local teams and small companies so they can develop their own ideas. Applications are open and assessed on the strength of the idea and the people behind it.

Through Compellio and Luxembourg Blockchain Lab, teams in Kosovo are introduced to European research, development and innovation projects and consortia. It puts local companies in rooms they would not otherwise be invited into.
