Everything seemed to be in the right place at the right time. The good autumn weather and the presence of the most diverse people brought a pleasant and positive atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This conference is one of those<br \/>\nthat will be remembered for a long time. That&#8217;s because everything was at the<br \/>\nright level ranging from technical organization to other details that made this<br \/>\nevent achieve its goal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Events like this make us even<br \/>\nmore aware of how much potential lies in the field of technology and<br \/>\nentrepreneurship in our country. We were present at many presentations<br \/>\nfeaturing very important topics and interesting ideas, both on Main Stage and<br \/>\nDeveloper&#8217;s Stage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cKutia\u201d as a Gold Member of <a href=\"https:\/\/stikk.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"STIKK (opens in a new tab)\">STIKK<\/a> was pleased to make its contribution to the presentation and treatment of topics affecting in one way or another the work and further development of various software and outsourcing companies. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Arianit Fazliu (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/arianitfazliu\/\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/astritzeqiri\/\"><strong>Arianit Fazliu<\/strong><\/a>, the CEO of \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/kutia.net\/\">Kutia<\/a>\u201d moderated the discussion panel <em><strong>\u201cDEVELOPMENT OF OUTSOURCING AND HOW KOSOVO CAN LEARN FROM OTHER EXAMPLES\u201d<\/strong>. <\/em><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kutia.net-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/AF_kosict.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-886\"\/><figcaption>Robert Shala (Sentry) &#8211; Arianit Fazliu (Kutia)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This discussion highlighted some very important points related to outsourcing and the challenges that different companies face in achieving their goals. The discussion took many positive feedback&#8217;s and was described as very interesting and informative.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kutia.net-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Iva-matasich.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-895\"\/><figcaption>Iva Matasich and Christiane Amini<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Faton Selishta (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/faton-selishta-84898427\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Faton Selishta<\/strong><\/a>, the CTO and<strong> <\/strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Astrit Zeqiri (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/astritzeqiri\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Astrit Zeqiri<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>\u2013 Team leader in \u201cKutia\u201d presented <em><strong>\u201cMOVING TO FULL STACK JAVASCRIPT DEVELOPMENT\u201d <\/strong><\/em>on the Developer\u2019s Stage. The presentation attracted the public&#8217;s attention and there was a great deal of interest in this topic by receiving positive feedback as well.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kutia.net-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/node-js.jpg\" alt=\"Faton Selishta and Astrit Zeqiri\" class=\"wp-image-887\"\/><figcaption>MOVING TO FULL STACK JAVASCRIPT DEVELOPMENT<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our CEO, Arianit Fazliu was also a part of the evaluation jury in the competition of young programmers from the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Digital School (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/digitalschool.tech\/\" target=\"_blank\">Digital School<\/a>. The competition brought to the stage so many talented children in all kinds of ages. It was impressive to see projects done so well by these young programmers.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kutia.net-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/hackathon-1024x681.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-889\"\/><figcaption>Hackathon day<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All the presentations highlighted<br \/>\nthe great use of technology and internet in Kosovo and beyond. Being a society<br \/>\nthat for a few years has made a great deal in the field of technology and<br \/>\nentrepreneurship not only domestically but also abroad, such a conference was<br \/>\nanother prove than with such potential, the various challenges that we face in<br \/>\nour daily work will be surpassed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A special space of the conference<br \/>\nwas dedicated to new startups to present themselves and their products\/solutions.<br \/>\nWe had the chance to hear the most impressive new ideas in this space full of<br \/>\ninnovators and developers. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This conference brought together<br \/>\nimportant people from other countries such as Germany, America, Greece,<br \/>\nAustria, Canada and others. From conversations with representatives of the<br \/>\nvarious companies that were present at the conference, we heard very good<br \/>\ncomments about what they found among us. They seemed quite surprised by our<br \/>\npotential and achievements in the field of technology.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We hope that such an event will<br \/>\nalways take place in our country and beyond, as it conveys great value in the<br \/>\nfield of technology and development.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What internationals think of Kosovo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201c<em>First of all I am happy to be here because in this kind of environment you get inspired from all the positive vibes that you get. I had completely wrong perceptions about Kosovo, and I came here and I see boost of growth, of happy faces! It\u2019s an honor to be here because you see how thirsty these young people are to know and collaborate better. But when people come here to visit, this totally changes. They are impressed by this country and they even consider living here.
